Guarantee

If you are unsatisfied with your Sunbank for whatever reason, you can notify us and return the Sunbank within 30 days for a full refund (excluding the shipping costs). The Sunbank, it’s parts, accessories and packaging must be received in original condition to be eligible for the refund and the customer is responsible for delivery.

Tank Warranty

If your Sunbank tank has a leak (on a welded seam) when you install or within your first year of ownership, we will replace the bad tank. This is a highly unlikely scenario, but if it were to happen you’d be covered. If you are outside of the immediate area, we will need video and/or photo evidence to share with the factory to claim this warranty. This warranty does not include a leak because of faulty plumbing installation, nor does it include the breakage of tubes or accessories.
